Join us for a weekly drop-In class with our beloved East Bay Practitioners as they share insights for creating and maintaining a fulfilling meditation practice. Each week a practitioner will offer meditation techniques and support, field questions and guide us as we sit together in a collective consciousness of love and possibility.
