Writing Your Good Life

Writing Your Good Life

Facilitators Christine Schoefer and Robert Quintana Hopkins

Sunday August 18

“Nothing I have ever done or said can interfere with my divine inheritance”

This experiential and interactive workshop allows participants to reframe the stories of their past.

Using simple facilitated writing prompts, we will excavate the treasures that are buried inside our memories and experiences. Every single experience in our lives is a valuable lesson, nothing needs to be hidden; we can celebrate life’s gifts and successes and transform regrets and recriminations into joyful self-acceptance.

This workshop provides tools you can use to build a loving relationship with your past, allowing you to live in peace and gratitude today.

Workshop facilitators and East Bay Church of Religious Science Practitioners, Christine Schoefer and Robert Quintana Hopkins, have long used writing as a tool for their own healing and spiritual development.
