Meditation


We practice quieting our minds in order to connect with the divine within us. The art of meditation relaxes our bodies and focuses our attention. From a place of centered awareness, we make choices understanding that God is the Creative Power in our lives. Meditation is a key spiritual practice.

Feel free to join us Sundays at 10am or Wednesdays at 6:15 pm for meditation.

Starting on June 19, 2018, we will offer a Mid-Day Meditation every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 12:30pm – 1pm.
